I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, a teacher and coach who is experienced in helping people young and old, succeed in their careers and private lives; generally helping them grow and develop as individuals, as couples in their relationships and within teams at work.
There’s no mystery in how I am able to help my clients. I teach you what I know about keeping emotionally strong and happy, help you recognize your own strengths and leverage them to eliminate or at least manage your weaknesses.
In my early years as a student I represented GB in athletics and played first team Rugby for several clubs including Leicester Tigers and county rugby for Surrey, Leicestershire and Oxfordshire. I have been happily married for 47 years and have 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren.
I am passionate about living in Norfolk and enjoying the delights this county has to offer and I want others to enjoy their lives at much as I do too. My goal is to help my clients grow and achieve their personal goals, both spiritually and emotionally.
You can expect a relaxed, informed and warm approach that is both supportive and encouraging.
